Our Lady of the Rocks and Perast are a Must See

This tour is a great way to explore some of the most beautiful and peaceful spots in the bay, away from the usual tourist crowds.

Depending on your point of departure, we cruise through the Bay of Kotor, making our way toward Perast with a stop at the famous island of Our Lady of the Rocks.

We stop at the island for about 30 minutes, giving you time to visit the small but fascinating museum. Some of the highlights include a marble relief of the Annunciation by Venetian sculptor Giovanni Bonazza, a collection of votive paintings donated by local sailors, and an extraordinary embroidered icon of the Virgin—created in 1828 by a woman from Perast who used her own hair to sew the heads of the Virgin and Child. You’ll also find a small collection of tools and weapons that speak to the island’s need for protection in the past.

After the island, we head over to Perast, a charming old town with baroque palaces and stunning views. There, we’ll take a short break before starting the ride back.

There’s also time for swimming and snorkeling, and if you’re interested, we can combine this tour with a fishing experience or adjust the itinerary to fit your wishes. Just let us know what kind of experience you’re looking for—we’re happy to make it personal.
